1. Merchandise Refunds
We offer refunds for merchandise purchased through our website under the following conditions:
Vinyl (via ElasticStage): If your vinyl order is damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled, you are eligible for a refund or replacement. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a refund or replacement request. You will need to provide proof of the issue, such as photos of any damage. ElasticStage will handle the return process, and we will guide you through their steps for a smooth resolution.
Other Merchandise (via Shopify & Gelato): For other merchandise items (t-shirts, posters, etc.), you are eligible for a refund or exchange if the product is defective, incorrect, or damaged. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product, and we will coordinate the return process with our third-party fulfillment partners (Shopify & Gelato). Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or the wrong product was shipped.
Note: We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, used, or altered.
2. Shipping Costs
Vinyl Orders: Shipping fees for vinyl purchased through ElasticStage are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged during shipping. We will work with you to ensure that any issues are resolved.
Other Merchandise: For merchandise purchased via Shopify or Gelato, shipping fees are non-refundable. If you are eligible for a refund or exchange, you will receive the cost of the item(s), but the original shipping charges will not be refunded.
3. Donation Policy
Donations to Support Projects: Donations made to support Mathias Baumann’s projects (including funding for music, videos, educational content, or any other artistic initiatives) are non-refundable. These funds are considered contributions to the creative process, and once received, they cannot be returned. We deeply appreciate your support!
4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund or exchange, please follow these steps:
Contact us via our website’s contact page with your order details and reason for the refund request.
Provide proof of the issue (e.g., photos of damaged or defective items) within 14 days of receiving the item.
Our team will assess your request and provide instructions for returns, exchanges, or issuing a refund.
Please note that all refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we apologize for the inconvenience! Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will provide you with the necessary steps to resolve the issue. In most cases, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement item at no additional cost to you.
